Best things to do in Shoreditch
Shoreditch is one of the most eclectic areas of London, home to many coffee shops, street stalls and vintage clothes stores. Some say that Shoreditch is past its heyday of a few decades ago. But there’s still plenty to enjoy when wandering around the street art lined Brick Lane, taking in the hordes of bearded hipsters, and paying £3.50 for an oat milk flat white. For more information on Brick Lane, check out our article! Otherwise enjoy our list of the best things to do in Shoreditch!
Popup Market
Kicking off our list of the best things to do in Shoreditch, BOXPARK is a pop up mall, featuring food stalls, fashion and lifestyle brands and cafes. It’s constructed out of stripped and refitted shipping containers and consists of 40 exciting pop up spaces.
We recommend spending an hour or so wandering around the stalls, getting a bite to eat and sampling some of the eclectic shops. If pushed, we’d say that Voodoo Rays (a pizza chain) is the best, but special mentions go to What the Pitta, a vegan kebab stall serving delicious surprisingly healthy wraps.

Famous Club
Next on our list of the best things to do in Shoreditch is one of London’s top clubs. XOYO is housed across two floors, and features some of the best artists and DJ’s from around the world. It’s still one of the best nights out in London – and well worth a trip on your visit to London.

Pioneering Eatery
St John is a restaurant that revolutionised the British dining scene. It started a movement of nose to tail cooking that endures to this day: for many, its chef and founder is considered a god. With dishes such as Ox Heart, Beetroot and Pickled Walnut and Blood Soup, St John isn’t for the faint hearted. But the Bone Marrow Salad is considered a signature dish, and St John is well worth a visit on your trip to Shoreditch.

Next on our list of the best things to do in Shoreditch is a delicious cocktail bar and eatery. Bull in a China Shop has been winning hearts and minds in Shoreditch for years and it’s easy to see why. With a raffish charm and excellent selection of whiskies (we recommend the chamomile and charcoal old fashioned), Bull in a China Shop is the perfect way to while away an afternoon getting hideously drunk. Cheers!

Last but not least on our list of the best things to do in Shoreditch is the phenomenal Xi’an Biang Biang Noodles. A sequel to the famous Xi’an Impression in North London, Xi’an Biang Biang Noodles serves a delicious array of soups, broths and sauces with their famous hand pulled noodles. A meal a Biang Biang is a delicious treat that won’t break the bank – we recommend the noodles with beef for an authentic Chinese experience!
